A closer look at your holiday
Day 1-4 Kapama Buffalo Camp/Kapama Game Reserve
Begin your South African adventure with 3 nights at Kapama Buffalo Camp, enjoying daily game drives, great food and luxurious surroundings in the bush. Kapama’s rates include 2 daily game drives. Kapama is a Big 5 reserve, so look out for lion, rhino, elephant, leopard and buffalo. Morning game drives start early, around 5:30am, but enjoy tea or coffee and rusks (a South African specialty) to warm up before setting off. In addition to the Big 5, there is plenty more wildlife to see, including a huge variety of bird species. Be sure to bring your camera and warm clothing. There’ll be another stop for snacks and warm drinks before returning to the lodge for a full breakfast.
Buffalo Camp is made up of 10 luxury tents, ideal for couples with romantic accommodation and an intimate atmosphere.

Day Day 4-8 Walden House/Cape Town
After a fantastic safari, spend 4 nights in stunning Cape Town.
One of the best ways to discover the city is from the red city sightseeing buses. Begin your trip from the V&A Waterfront, and choose either the red route or blue route. Buses are hop-on hop-off, giving you plenty of time to explore locations including Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, World of Birds, Mariner’s Wharf, Constantia’s beautiful wine farms and more. Be sure to pay a visit to Clifton and Camps Bay beaches while in the Mother City, take a trip to the top of Table Mountain, explore Robben Island, walk through the Company Gardens and Green Market Square, and discover the many eclectic and interesting shops in Long Street.
Walden House is located in the Tamboerskloof suburb of Cape Town, ideally located to explore the city and its surrounds and within several kilometers of Table Mountain, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches and the V&A Waterfront.

Day 8-10 Spier Hotel/Stellenbosch
Finish your honeymoon in the beautiful Winelands region, at Spier Wine Estate. Spier is located close to the historic town of Stellenbosch and within several minutes drive of countless excellent wineries.
The Winelands provide couples with acres of green lawns, rustic cellars, oak-shaded terraces and stunning views. Spend your 2 days here exploring this picturesque region. Stellenbosch’s historic town center offers a great cafe culture and some excellent restaurants. Driving over the Helshoogte Pass a mere 30 minutes will take you to Franschhoek, another beautiful Winelands town. Well known wineries in the region include La Motte, Haute Cabriere, Asara, Clos Malverne, Jordan, Tokara, Rustenberg and Dombeya (and plenty more).
